Saint Laurent - Regular Scandicci - Italy A PROPOSITO DI SAINT LAURENTFondata nel 1961, Yves Saint Laurent è stata la prima casa di moda a lanciare il concetto del prêt-à-porter di lusso, creando nel 1966 la linea ‘Rive Gauche’, sinonimo di gioventù e libertà. Questo cambio ha rappresentato un primo passo cruciale nella modernizzazione della moda e ha rivoluzionato il paesaggio socio-culturale.Nel 1999, la divisione lusso del Gruppo Kering ha acquisito la maison Yves Saint Laurent e, sotto la direzione creativa di Anthony Vaccarello dal aprile 2016, continua a posizionarla ai vertici dell’universo del lusso.Oggi le collezioni Saint Laurent includono prêt-à-porter donna e uomo, scarpe, borse, piccola pelletteria, gioielli, foulard, cravatte e occhiali. RUOLO Il/la candidato/a si occuperà per il reparto Taglio di monitorare e migliorare i tempi dei cicli di produzione pianificati e dei flussi produttivi, valutando, prevenendo e risolvendo eventuali criticità, sempre nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi richiesti dall’Azienda MISSIONE Monitorare efficienza, costi e metodi di produzione Realizzare report sull’andamento di efficienza e costi dei cicli produttivi, garantendo la correttezza delle dichiarazioni di materiali e tempo Analisi delle attività a non valore, definizione e implementazione di strategie di miglioramento. Revisionare periodicamente i cicli di produzione in un’ottica di miglioramento continuo Garantire l'implementazione di metodologie e strumenti Lean Gestire e guidare la fase progettuale ed esecutiva di progetti di miglioramento continuo della produttività Valutare eventuali criticità di produzione e proporre accorgimenti per la risoluzione delle stesse Formazione degli addetti al taglio nell’applicazione della metodologia di lavoro. Interfaccia con fornitori di macchinari e accessori produttivi, ricercando sempre miglioramento e innovazione. Gestione e miglioramento del flusso logistico produttivo dal magazzino al Centro Taglio e dal Centro Taglio al magazzino spedizioni, rispettando le priorità del lanci e ottimizzando i processi intermedi PROFILO Esperienza pregressa nella mansione di almeno 3/5 anni, preferibilmente in reparti produttivi Preferibile Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office, nello specifico Excel, PowerBi e Access Preferibile conoscenza di AS400 Forte predisposizione al problem solving Forte predisposizione alla revisione dei processi Ottime doti relazionali e capacità di lavorare in team In Saint Laurent ci impegniamo a costruire una forza lavoro diversificata.
