Join to apply for the ROW Facility Senior Specialist role at DatalogicJob DescriptionIn our Global Facility Management Team, the ROW Facility Senior Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our international sites. At Datalogic, this role operates in a dynamic and challenging environment, contributes to strategic projects and optimizations worldwide offering the opportunity to develop procedures, best practices and processes in the area.Reporting to the Global Facility Manager, the role will handle the technical and contractual aspects of our facilities in EMEA and Rest Of World – from buildings and systems to soft services – ensuring compliance, optimizing performance, and driving sustainable solutions across our international network.Manage local supplier contracts: drafting, SLA/KPI monitoring, renewals, adjustments.Optimize operational performance and cost control of facilities.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facility/Real Estate Management, or related fieldsLanguages: Italian; English fluentExperience: At least 5 years' experience in similar roles, international environments ideally in industrial sector.Specific SkillsKnowledge of facility management and real estate operations.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Focused on achieving short- and long-term goals.Availability to travel internationally, around 20-30%.
