Consultant in credit digitalization & credit management

As a leading provider of Risk Management solutions in the European market, Prometeia is looking to strengthen its International Delivery Team , by hiring a Credit Risk Consultant in the fields of credit digitalization and credit management .

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will collaborate with a specialized team of business consultants, risk advisors and solution specialists operating within different projects across multiple countries.

His / her main responsibility will include:

  • support the Project Manager in management and driving digital transformation processes in credit management
  • assist in the design and implementation of credit management processes and practices
  • assist in the design of credit architecture and assess bank technological ecosystem
  • perform data analysis and query data to implement credit solutions
  • support in the design and analysis for the integration of risk metrics (PD, LGD, EAD, RWA) into credit decision
  • setup and implementation of credit processes

PROJECT SKILLS

  • Effective communicator in a multi-national and multi-discipline environment
  • Self-motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take initiative
  • Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail
  • Assertive and excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
  • Project/time management skills to meet required deadlines
  • Good Microsoft Office skills e.g. excel, word, power point and access
  • Expertise in bank processes and organization is a plus

OTHER SKILLS

  • Fluency in English languages is mandatory (at least C1)
  • Capable of working within a multi-language and multicultural environment
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities
  • Excellent organizational and technical skill
  • Teamwork attitude, flexibility and proactivity
  • Problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills.
