Business Development Manager

We've expanded into 25 international markets and are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to build our customer base in Italy and advise potential customers on the benefits of our digital credit card solution. You'll work closely with our colleagues from Customer Success, Underwriting, and Product Management to drive business growth.
This role is based in Berlin, but you'll have the opportunity to travel for sales and networking events.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business opportunities and identify potential clients in our target verticals.
- Select and implement effective channels and strategies for customer outreach.
- Communicate skillfully with potential customers to build a strong customer pipeline.
- Understand customers' needs and problems, ask the right questions, and listen to their concerns.
- Advise customers on how we can deliver the most value to them.
- Drive further expansion across the Italian market and define our local strategy.
- Support the team with ongoing projects and process improvements.
- You're numbers-driven and can drive yourself to success in this role.
- You thrive when working with customers and are communicative and relatable.
- You're always looking for ways to improve and are happy to receive and give feedback.
- You have energy and are motivated by clear goals.
- You're interested in FinTech and the digitalization of the financial industry.
- Experience in sales within the eCommerce, SaaS, Marketing, and reselling industries is a plus.
- You have excellent Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken.
