Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our business initiatives in Italy. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring and onboarding new bus and ferry partners, managing relationships with carriers and retailers, and driving sales and revenue growth.

About the Role
This is a remote position based in Italy, reporting directly to our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in business development or management consulting, with a proven track record of achieving sales and partner management goals.

Responsibilities
* Own the market P&L and build the market strategy
* Lead the go-to-market strategy for carrier and retailer partnerships
* Hunt and farm accounts to secure high-impact partnerships
* Develop the Carrier portfolio and expand our business across Italy
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and onboard partners

Requirements
* 5 years of business development experience or management consulting
* Proven track record of sales and partner management experience at a high-growth company
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
