Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Polyone España Sl. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in our region.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship-building and prospecting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, pipeline progress, and customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the chemicals or plastics industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with ability to build long-term relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with Salesforce.com experience a plus
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave allowance.
