About the Role

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is a world-renowned brand with a presence across the globe. As a key player in the industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to oversee the sales function for the PreSonus brand in Italy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales function, including developing and maintaining relationships with sales channel partners, achieving sales targets, and creating local business plans. This role requires a strong understanding of the M.I/Pro Audio market, as well as excellent interpersonal and business acumen skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop business relationships with sales channel partners in Italy.
  • Strive to achieve budgeted sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop local business plans, including sales forecasts and analysis.
  • Manage promotional and marketing plans in line with EMEA team objectives.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop new sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Essential Criteria
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing or business development.
  • Proven track record in the M.I/Pro Audio market.
  • Strong understanding of the DAW/computer music marketplace.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
