As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our commercial footprint among existing customers and developing a sales pipeline with new ones.

Your role will involve proposing Flowbird's product and services offers to our existing customers and prospecting new ones. You will be part of a collaborative team, requiring strong reporting skills to succeed.

Sales activities will include customer meetings, working on tenders for parking and transportation businesses, and positioning for future opportunities. Your focus will be on customer contacts, developing business development strategies, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within parking and transportation businesses, develop strategic plans to expand our client base, and achieve sales targets;
  • Relationship Management: Visit existing or potential customers, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, provide exceptional service, and support existing clients;
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Execute sales strategies that align with company goals, prepare customer offers, and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients;
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of client projects and initiatives;
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity.

You will also be responsible for maintaining CRM entries for contacts and new opportunities using Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in complex sales environments;
  • B2B Business Development experience with technology solutions;
  • Customer Relationship Management experience;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent relationship skills both internally and externally;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Able to communicate at all levels, adapt to new technologies, and systems.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
