**Business Development Manager - Healthcare**
Comarch S.A is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive our sales initiatives in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with healthcare providers, and negotiating successful deals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities within the healthcare sector;
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through targeted outreach and networking efforts;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and decision-makers;
- Lead the creation of business proposals in response to RFP and RFI processes;
- Drive negotiations to finalize contracts and agreements;
- Support the marketing team in organizing and carrying out marketing activities to promote Comarch's expertise and brand.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in software and/or hardware selling to medical facilities;
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, services, and regulatory environments;
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Very good knowledge of English and Italian.
