Stiamo cercando un Business Development Executive per assistere i nostri clienti con problemi tecnici nell’utilizzo dei nostri prodotti e servizi. Le responsabilità dello Specialista del Supporto Clienti includono risolvere le query dei clienti, consigliare soluzioni e guidare gli utenti del prodotto attraverso le funzionalità e le varie features che vengono implementate periodicamente. Per avere successo in questo ruolo, dovresti essere un eccellente comunicatore in grado di guadagnare la fiducia dei nostri clienti. In definitiva, contribuirai a stabilire la nostra reputazione come azienda che offre un eccellente supporto clienti durante tutte le fasi di vendita e post-vendita.

Una breve descrizione del ruolo

Come Business Development Executive specializzato nel settore manifatturiero, avrai un ruolo cruciale nel promuovere la crescita aziendale e nell’espandere la nostra base clienti. Sfruttando il tuo background in ingegneria o in scienze correlate, unito alla tua esperienza come consulente o executive di sviluppo aziendale, guiderai le presentazioni dimostrative ai clienti, creerai offerte convincenti e ti coordinerai con il team per garantire un costante flusso di opportunità.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Condurre presentazioni dimostrative a clienti, mostrando le capacità e i benefici delle nostre soluzioni adattate ai settori manifatturiero e delle costruzioni.
  • Sviluppare e coltivare relazioni con le parti interessate chiave, comprendendo le loro sfide e gli obiettivi aziendali per offrire soluzioni personalizzate.
  • Creare proposte e offerte convincenti che affrontino le esigenze del cliente e dimostrino il valore delle nostre soluzioni e servizi.
  • Collaborare strettamente con i team di vendita e marketing per sviluppare strategie mirate per la generazione di lead e l'acquisizione clienti.
  • Mantenersi aggiornato sugli sviluppi del settore, sulle dinamiche di mercato e sulle attività dei concorrenti per identificare nuove opportunità e rimanere un passo avanti.
  • Mantenere registrazioni accurate delle attività di vendita, delle interazioni con i clienti e dello stato del pipeline nel nostro sistema CRM.
  • Rappresentare l'azienda e le nostre offerte in conferenze ed eventi sponsorizzati.
  • Laurea triennale in Ingegneria, Scienze, Amministrazione Aziendale o campo correlato.
  • Comprovata esperienza di successo in ruoli di sviluppo aziendale, vendite o consulenza nei settori manifatturiero o delle costruzioni.
  • Forte comprensione delle sfide, delle tendenze e delle opportunità specifiche del settore.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e presentazione, con la capacità di esporre concetti complessi in modo chiaro e convincente.
  • Mentalità orientata ai risultati con un focus sul superamento degli obiettivi e sulla crescita aziendale.
