Per importante multinazionale, leader nella produzione di sistemi di controllo dei fluidi, posizionatori e attuatori elettroidraulici, siamo alla ricerca di un Business Development Manager per il territorio italiano.
Responsabilità:
- Sviluppare e implementare piani strategici di sviluppo aziendale per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali;
- Condurre ricerche e analisi di mercato per identificare le tendenze emergenti, esigenze dei clienti e le attività della concorrenza;
- Preparare e fornire presentazioni e proposte persuasive ai potenziali clienti;
- Negoziare e concludere accordi con i clienti, garantendo partnership a lungo termine;
- Monitorare e tenere traccia degli sviluppi di settore, delle condizioni di mercato per adattare le strategie di conseguenza;
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o similari;
-Minimo 3 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo di business;
- Comprovata espereinza nella vendita B2B;
- Forti capacità di negoziazione e pesuasione;
- Disponibilità a viaggiare per incontrare clienti e parteciapare ad eventi di settore.
