Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Nord Ovest Italia. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong sales and business development skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with contractors, consulting engineers, and owners.

About the Role

This position involves selling products and working with Sales Agents to ensure they have a full understanding of new product offerings and promote integrated sales. You will also develop long-term customer relationships with assigned accounts, maximize account penetration, and seek to become the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Sell products and work with Sales Agents to ensure they understand new product offerings
  • Develop long-term customer relationships with assigned accounts
  • Maximize account penetration by serving the full spectrum of needs of the accounts
  • Seek to become the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment for assigned accounts
  • Partner with other Area Sales Managers to maximize profit generation from accounts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years in the HVAC industry in sales with demonstrated results in a Sales Area Manager role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to negotiate and influence decision makers
  • Proven ability to open new channels
