Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager Lazio to join their team in Rome. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional results.

Estimated Salary

€65,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Account Manager Lazio will be the primary point of contact for clients in the Lazio region, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and executing the company's 360-degree strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Promoting and selling products and services to existing and prospective customers, leveraging the company's value proposition.
  • Conducting needs analysis to understand customer requirements and develop joint business plans to increase market share and ROI.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new leads, and resolving issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs within set timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or medical representative roles, preferably in the aesthetic medicine sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Demonstrated history of teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Roman area and ability to commute within the region.
