We are a fast-growing robotics company based near Munich, Germany.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a regional sales strategy, driving sales goals and quotes in assigned territories, and hunting for new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a regional sales strategy
- Responsible for sales goals and quotes in assigned territory
- Hunt for new sales opportunities and introduce them to local robot distributors
- Drive KPIs and action plans to achieve annual target
- Develop countermeasures to get back to budget if behind
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Studies of business economics, industrial engineering, robotics, or automation, or appropriate vocational training with >5 years experience in outside sales
- Previous experience in industrial automation, solution/project sales involving technical products
- Strong sense of understanding of the value proposition to end-users
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in German and English language
