Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Italian market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Sales Management: Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Channel Management: Collaborate with distributors and resellers to expand our reach in the market.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
