Job Description

The Palace Company is a renowned luxury accommodation brand with a strong presence in the European market. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to enhance market share and drive business growth in designated regions.
  2. Collaborate with the EMEA Director of Sales to establish and follow an annual sales budget, business plan, and travel schedule.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key luxury consortia, including Leading Hotels of the World, to ensure accurate information sharing and strategic alignment.
  4. Identify and secure high-value leisure accounts to drive top-line growth and maintain a competitive advantage.
  5. Plan and execute promotional efforts, such as exhibitions and trade shows, to enhance brand presence in key territories.
  6. Develop and implement key account management strategies to foster long-term growth within existing accounts.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Italian and advanced English; Spanish or German is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a proactive approach to enhancing market, client, and competitor knowledge.
  • Flexibility to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
