Strategic Sales Leader for Luxury Hospitality Brands

The Palace Company is a renowned luxury accommodation brand with a strong presence in the European market. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Milan.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to enhance market share and drive business growth in designated regions.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Director of Sales to establish and follow an annual sales budget, business plan, and travel schedule.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key luxury consortia, including Leading Hotels of the World, to ensure accurate information sharing and strategic alignment.
- Identify and secure high-value leisure accounts to drive top-line growth and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Plan and execute promotional efforts, such as exhibitions and trade shows, to enhance brand presence in key territories.
- Develop and implement key account management strategies to foster long-term growth within existing accounts.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Italian and advanced English; Spanish or German is an asset.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a proactive approach to enhancing market, client, and competitor knowledge.
- Flexibility to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
