Italian Hospitality Collection is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales Leisure to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement annual sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share improvement * Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers * Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities * Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets * Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience

**Requirements**
* 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within the hospitality industry * Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities * Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory, with proficiency in French or German a plus
