Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive profitable and sustainable market share growth with assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with a mid-term vision, formalizing sales & marketing strategies.
  • Support the Director in strategic account management and build professional relationships with key decision makers and buyers.
  • Proactively develop and execute creative grassroots activities to enhance brand image and drive demand with customers.
  • Influence internal & external stakeholders as a trusted advisor, cascading relevant information and managing cross-functional teams for cross-border customers.
  • Plan, organize, and manage sell-in campaigns to advance the client's digital capabilities in the wholesale digital marketplace.
  • Drive sell-out culture through joint business plan recurrence, action planning, and ownership.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with leadership experience.
  • Fluency in English and local language, with additional languages being an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of Market Share Office package, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a digital mindset and good knowledge of digital media.
