Job Title: Senior Sales Director for Fashion Brand Development

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Director to join our team in driving market growth and brand development for our fashion division in Europe. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve profitable market share and sales growth. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our sales organization and ensuring successful partnerships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive profitable and sustainable market share growth with assigned accounts
• Develop and execute sales & marketing account strategies formalizing them in strategic account plans with mid-term vision
• Build professional and personal relationships with key decision makers and buyers of assigned customers
• Proactively develop, manage and execute creative grassroots activities with customers to enhance brand image as well as drive demand with customers
• Influence internal & external stakeholders as trusted advisor, cascade all relevant information, manage and participate actively at cross-functional teams at European level for Cross-boarders customer
• Develop and execute strategies to advance the client's digital capabilities as an omnichannel player in the wholesale digital marketplace

Requirements:
• High analytical skills for strategy development and business planning
• Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities
• Commercial and business acumen
• Results oriented, negotiation, fast decision-maker, proactive mindset, clear understanding and commitment to company goals
• Strong team player with the proven ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to influence business partners in other functional areas
• Very good understanding of retail sales practices and ability to create practical and logical assortment plans based on selling space, inventory turns and sell through
• Mental flexibility, initiative, and determination, be a curious leader, bring innovation, continuous betterment
• Fluency in English and local language (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of Market Share Office package, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Digital mindset and good knowledge of digital media
