We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our growth in Italy, leading a high-performing team of Field Sales Executives and driving business expansion through strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of excellence within the team, inspiring and empowering them to achieve outstanding results and disrupt the market.">
  • Recruit top talent who share our vision and values, ensuring a cohesive and motivated team that delivers exceptional performance.">
  • Mentor and develop your team members, regularly conducting field visits to champion sales performance and provide guidance on effective strategies.">
  • Support revenue growth by analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing targeted initiatives to drive value.">
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs), including Customer Acquisition Cost, Customer Retention Rate, and Sales Cycle Length, providing insights to stakeholders.">
  • Conduct regular reviews to evaluate team performance, identify areas for growth, and implement corrective actions as needed.">
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment, setting a personal example and fostering open communication within the team.">

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • At least 3+ years of experience in managing high-performing sales teams, preferably in the digital payment industry or related technology field.">
  • Proven track record of inspiring, motivating, and cultivating a high-performing team that drives business growth and market disruption.">
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive, productive work environment.">
  • Strong customer focus, understanding the importance of maintaining positive relationships with customers for long-term success.">
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools, data analysis tools, and other technologies is considered a plus.">
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.">
