We are looking for a highly motivated Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Italy. As part of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy for domestic and commercial water treatment products to designated merchants and distributors.

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Support and work with the sales team to implement the quarterly actions and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Implement the selling strategy for domestic and commercial water treatment products to designated merchants and distributors.
  • Influence end users, original equipment manufacturers, and contractor/specifier markets to ensure the use of Fernox products and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Continuously assess the market to identify new customers and opportunities.
  • Liaise with the relevant sales office and field colleagues on any technical assistance required by the client.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships, making key customer decision-makers aware of our service potential.
  • Co-ordinate and complete weekly call plans and records, monthly reports and other administrative documentation in a timely and accurate manner by Atlas Sales Force.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in sales, preferably from the industry, with basic knowledge of chemistry, heating/water treatment market and an advantage, or different sectors with good commercial skills and attitude.
  • An educated level Graduation Diploma from a reputable Italian institution.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish personal credibility at all levels and build effective relationships.
  • A proactive approach to seeking feedback from fellow team members and other internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams.

This is a permanent and full-time position, offering a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous performance-related bonus scheme and a comprehensive benefits package. You will also receive a company car, laptop computer, mobile phone, and access to the company canteen.
