Job Title: Sales Director - Mediterranean Region

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Europe South team as a Sales Director - Mediterranean Region. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.

Job Description

In this role, you will have a significant impact on growing our business further by developing strong partner relationships with internal and external partners, identifying new business opportunities, and providing feedback to our product and marketing organization.

You will be responsible for visiting existing and potential partners to create new business and promote our portfolio, negotiating pricing and conditions with partners on specific projects, organizing partner events, and assisting at trade shows and seminars to promote our portfolio.

Additionally, you will gather, analyze, and organize data concerning the market, partners, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to our product and marketing organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the security industry.
  • Team player as well as a good individual achiever.
  • Hunter personality.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Thrilled to learn new technologies.
  • Native Italian and fluent communicator in English; Greek is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €70,000 - €90,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
