The Medical Devices division of Eurofins aims to strengthen its commercial capabilities by seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join its Sales team in Vimodrone, Italy. As a Commercial Operations & Inside Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Sales and Business Development Director Europe and be responsible for managing sales teams across different countries.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Leading and managing Inside Sales and Commercial Operations teams to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Defining and maintaining workflows related to the team to optimize performance.
  • Establishing and monitoring specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring the effective use of applications by the sales team.
  • Supporting the Sales and Business Development Director and Sales managers in defining commercial tools.
  • Collaborating with Sales managers and other company functions to gather feedback and implement joint initiatives.
  • Managing commercial systems used in the company, including CRM, online results publication, and ordering systems.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Management Engineering, Bioengineering, or a similar field.
  • Experience in resource management and project management.
  • Strong skills in monitoring KPIs and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.

In return for your expertise, Eurofins offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will benefit from flexible working hours and access to company welfare programs.
