Company Overview:
Fieldpiece Instruments B.V. is a fast-growing company with a strong presence in the technology sector. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market share in Italy.

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives. This includes building and maintaining relationships with distributors and end-users, collaborating with the commercial team, and participating in industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Collaborate with the commercial team to identify new business opportunities
* Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Fieldpiece's products

Requirements:
* A team player with excellent communication skills
* Technical affinity and ability to understand customer needs
* Honesty, ethics, and a strong work ethic
* Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
* Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence in English and Italian
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience
