**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Strategist to join our team at Yida Business. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a regional sales strategy to drive business growth in the industrial automation sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve annual targets
  • Manage opportunity funnel, forecasting, and action plans to drive sales growth
  • Cultivate relationships with local robot distributors and end-users
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and other professional events

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably with distributors
  • Strong understanding of the value proposition to end-users
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages an asset
