We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Strategist to join our team at Yida Business. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a regional sales strategy to drive business growth in the industrial automation sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve annual targets
- Manage opportunity funnel, forecasting, and action plans to drive sales growth
- Cultivate relationships with local robot distributors and end-users
- Represent the company at tradeshows and other professional events
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably with distributors
- Strong understanding of the value proposition to end-users
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages an asset
