Furniture Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Furniture Sales Manager to join our team at Archiproducts Shop. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, selecting supplier brands, and building a network of partners and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and implement sales strategies aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Contribute to the realization of our commercial calendar and define actions through our platform.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize performances.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with our suppliers to drive sales growth and increase revenues.
  • Manage, motivate, and inspire the team to reach sales, growth, and company goals.
  • Work closely with marketing, business intelligence, and logistics teams to synchronize efforts and maximize sales potential.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in furniture manufacturing companies.
  • Familiarity with key sales metrics.
  • Analytical approach and ability to use large data sets.
  • Proven ability in leading, developing, motivating, and inspiring teams and networks of people.
  • Knowledge of the interior design industry.
  • Proven experience with e-commerce, logistics, design service (a plus).
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
