Job Title: Director of Sales and Revenue Growth

Italian Hospitality Collection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Revenue Growth to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing room nights, ADR, and total revenue across all properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans, including key account plans and soliciting and servicing selected accounts.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales results, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively plan and execute sales appointments, promotions, and follow-ups to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the reservation department to convert new and repeat enquiries into bookings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and revenue growth in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and maximizing room nights, ADR, and total revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales results and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
