Job Title: Director of Sales Leisure

At Italian Hospitality Collection, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales Leisure to join our team.

About the Role:

The Director of Sales Leisure will be responsible for directing and overseeing leisure sales activities, working in full synergy with sales teams, marketing, reservations, and revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build a positive environment among the assigned sales team and colleagues.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, assessments, and coaching within the assigned team.
  • Develop and implement the Annual Sales Plan for the assigned segment, including key account plans.
  • Monitor, identify, and report current and future business trends to ensure profitable sales.
  • Provide immediate sales assistance for critical situations and maintain an active account load.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience with an international hospitality brand.
  • Minimum 8 years of pro-active leisure sales experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in management of sales teams within the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent Italian and English is mandatory, with fluency in French or German being beneficial.
