We are seeking a talented individual to lead our Revenue Management team for three properties in the South Kensington area. As the London Cluster Director of Revenue Management, you will develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies tailored to each hotel's unique offerings and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitive positioning
  • Drive revenue growth through dynamic pricing and promotions
  • Lead a dedicated revenue management team
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams
  • Forecast and monitor financial performance
  • Oversee distribution channels and revenue management systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of revenue management tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
