Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in the Fire business, responsible for driving sales and growth in your assigned region. The ideal candidate will be located in the Bologna area, covering the regions of Emilia Romagna, Toscani, Umbria, and Marche.
About the RoleAs a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving target turnover and margin for the Fire business in your region. Your primary focus will be on sales and business development, working closely with end users and specifiers to create demand and project leads. You will also provide basic technical support, design applications, and assist with tender submissions.
Main Responsibilities:- Support sales & business development efforts to ensure target profitability;
- Increase sales for a dedicated vertical/country through effective business development strategies;
- Provide support in presales and technical support inquiries;
- Assist with application design and tender submissions;
You will have the opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, with a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you can expect a competitive salary package, including:
$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
Education: Degree in Economics or Engineering;
Experience and know-how: Technical experience and a passion for overcoming complex problems;
Personality traits: Customer-centric approach; ability to work under minimal supervision; deadline-driven; hunter personality; courageous; good presenter and communicator.
