About the Role

TiMOTION Europe is a leading European subsidiary of TiMOTION Technology Co. Ltd., based in Taiwan. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in France.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Europe. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical advice and support to customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support existing customers in their sales country and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Acquire new customers in different markets.
  • Provide technical solutions with our engineering office in Taiwan.
  • Make calculations and quotations and follow up orders.
  • Market analysis for your sales area.
  • Represent TiMOTION at our fairs and attend trade shows.
  • Provide activity reports on a regular basis.

Your Profile

  • Strong commercial potential.
  • Relevant experience in sales, typically in actuator technology, would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High levels of customer service.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and respond quickly to changing situations.
  • Good computer skills, mainly Excel.
  • Understanding of manufacturing sheets.
