Cpl Healthcare seeks a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Italy. This exciting opportunity requires an individual with strong operational experience and extensive connections within local seller and vendor networks.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands. Key responsibilities include focusing on categories selections to increase overall value, assisting merchandise partners in establishing themselves on the platform, and guiding them through comprehensive plans including market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies.
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you should possess at least 8 years of operational experience, including experience in brand management or platform operations. Strong data analysis skills are essential, as well as the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changes. Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory, with a minimum of B2 level in Chinese-Mandarin also required.
What We OfferThis remote position offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around €85,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:
