Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Italian Territory Sales Development Manager to join our South EMEA team in Italy.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers. They will work closely with the sales and presales teams to achieve sales targets and deliver consistently high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new prospects and differentiate OneSpan's value proposition
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through value-add and business-related relationships
  • Tie OneSpan capabilities to customer challenges and apply quantifiable value
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and guarantee business linearity using SFDC
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of ICT sector experience in direct sales of SW products, including SaaS models, primarily in cyber security
  • End-user selling experience and a proven track record in direct touch sales
  • Experience within the Italian market and the Financial industry
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centric attitude
  • Ability to negotiate successfully with professional buyers and maintain autonomy
What We Offer

At OneSpan, we offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including extensive travel opportunities and a positive, dynamic work environment.
