Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Streaming Talent Manager to join our team. As a key member of our talent management department, you will be responsible for discovering, nurturing, and managing top-tier streaming talent in Italy.

  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Identify and recruit talented streamers, content creators, and influencers in the Italian market.
  • Talent Development: Establish a structured progression system to support the growth and development of our talent pool.
  • Performance Enhancement: Provide expert guidance and support to enhance the performance and visibility of our talents.
  • Promotion and Partnership: Foster strong relationships with our key talent partners, promoting their work and expanding our network.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

Italian residency and contractor eligibility.Native fluency in Italian and advanced English language skills.Experience in talent management, operations, or related fields within the streaming or gaming industry.Familiarity with fast-paced, partner-oriented environments and diverse personality types.A background in sales-oriented, quota-driven environments related to technology, finance, or advertising.
