Talent Acquisition Specialist

ATG Europe is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our international recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top talent for our clients in the space, big-science, and high-tech industries.
Key Responsibilities- Source, match, and select qualified international candidates through various databases and social networks.
- Interview candidates face-to-face and online, and facilitate client interviews for candidates.
- Negotiate employment offers and inform candidates about per-country legal and expatriate regulations/benefits.
- Contribute to the development and management of talent pools of candidates by sourcing and building networks for current and future recruiting needs.
- Contribute to strategies to improve and renew our international sourcing channels and activities.
- Represent ATG Europe at key European engineering and/or science events.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in daily activities and contribute to achieving team KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in recruiting within the domains of space, big-science, and IT.
- Technology savvy and experience in using various recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media.
- Passionate about working in a niche industry and willing to learn every day.
- Commercial and 'can-do' attitude, flexible, and adaptable to change, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in working with personal data and maintaining confidentiality.
- Able to work with a positive attitude and in an open communication environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, high level of accuracy, and ability to work on multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standard in terms of quality of output.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, German, French, Italian, or Dutch is a great asset.
- Eligible to work in the EU or one of the countries of duty (Italy, Spain, The Netherlands).
- Able to work in a hybrid environment, with the possibility of remote work.
