About the Role

ClinChoice is a global full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical development services. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director to join our team in Italy.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, assessing opportunities, and growing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Contribute to the refinement of our business development approach.
  • Exceed revenue targets aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of sales and account management experience.
  • Proven track record of selling CRO full services.
  • Established network of decision-makers in the life sciences industry.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
