ClinChoice is a global full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical development services. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director to join our team in Italy.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, assessing opportunities, and growing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Contribute to the refinement of our business development approach.
- Exceed revenue targets aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- 6+ years of sales and account management experience.
- Proven track record of selling CRO full services.
- Established network of decision-makers in the life sciences industry.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
