International Business Development Executive

RateHawk is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our international B2B brand in Italy (Sardinia). This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious professional to develop our business and contribute to the growth of our company.
About UsWe are Emerging Travel Group (ETG), a travel-tech company with a presence in 24 countries worldwide. Our innovative product, RateHawk, is a cutting-edge hotel booking engine that enriches everyone's travel experience through advanced technology and exceptional service.
The RoleAs our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for actively promoting our international project in assigned territory, developing sales strategies to achieve targets, and expanding our presence. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Promoting our international project in assigned territory
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
- SIGNING UP NEW PARTNERS AND PROVIDING THEM WITH EXTENDED TRAINING OF OUR SYSTEM
- INITIATING API DEALS WITH POTENTIAL AND EXISTING PARTNERS
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A STRONG, LONG-LASTING RELATIONSHIP WITH NEW AND EXISTING PARTNERS
You will also be required to follow-up with existing partners to provide system training and identify ways to improve cooperation, prepare and execute commercial deals, control compliance with commercial conditions, and manage an assigned portfolio of partners.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Ideally, 2-5 years of experience in the travel industry and excellent knowledge of the country's travel market
- SPECIALIZED IN ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OF B2B TRAVEL COMPANIES
- COMPETENCE IN API TECHNOLOGY DEALS
- PERSONAL SKILLS: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with a fast-changing business environment, team player, used to data-driven decision-making
- INTERNATIONAL MINDSET: Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG's global presence
- LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE: Fluent in Italian and English
We provide a competitive salary package estimated at €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
