Cheil Italy , the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Corporate Team. The ideal candidate stands out for a strong sense of integrity, fairness and credibility. Furthermore, he/she has also a proven experience in the retail and the experiential field. Reporting to the Process & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for : Researching and identifying prospective suppliers (retail, events, field, digital) Preparing proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions Maintaining strong supplier relations Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns Ensures the continuous efficiency and effectiveness of the Management System for sustainable events (SGES), verifying its adequacy in compliance with the Company's objectives, current regulations and the Certification requirements Carry out, in agreement with the functions involved, internal inspections (Audits) on the SGES; verbalize the results of the inspections and ensure the implementation of the agreed corrective actions and their effectiveness over time. Assist and coordinate the interventions of external inspectors of Certification Bodies or Clients, ensuring their effective execution. Ensure an adequate internal communication process and promote the necessary actions to spread and maintain the culture of sustainability Identify the training needs necessary to continuously keep the SGES reliable. Verifies that the agreed and established training and training actions are carried out according to the established methods in connection with the relevant structures Follow the development of observations or complaints from and to suppliers and customers. Identifies and promotes necessary improvement actions. Proposing the corrective actions deemed necessary to maintain the level of Sustainability achieved relating both to one's own function and to others, verifies the implementation and effectiveness of the CAs. Issuing and management of the SGES Manual and procedures under its responsibility Check the System procedures issued by the other functions, checking their suitability to satisfy the requirements of the System itself Actively participate in all work programs aimed at the continuous improvement of Sustainability events: improvement groups, supplier evaluation, etc... Promote and develop improvement actions at the SGES; Process reporting on the state of Sustainability with the established frequency, highlighting indices, trends and critical points. Understanding the needs of the organization to ensure the achievement of supply goals in a timely manner Analyse industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies Required skills: From 5 to 8 years of proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role Proven experience with suppliers management and relations.
