We are seeking an outgoing and ambitious senior salesperson to join as the Product Head of Enrollment Postgraduate Programs Masters), focusing on Italy.

This position will be based in Milan and will play a key role in leading and growing our Masters team, with a primary emphasis on postgraduate student enrollment from Italy. In collaboration with the Regional Director, define and implement a go-to-market strategy to enroll internationally minded, high-quality students from Italy. As a result, you will reach and exceed student enrollment targets in your region.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, motivate and manage a team in Italy including application managers, enrollment advisors and enrolment coordinators in Milan.
  • Grow, mentor and develop a skilled high-performing sales team that meets and exceeds enrolment targets.
  • Open and clear communication to the team throughout the enrollment cycle to get all focused on the mission .
  • Devise activity plans tailored to the enrolment calendar, market dynamics and fully actionable for the team.
Go-To-Market Strategy and Growth
  • Develop existing sales channels and grow new ones through innovative multimedia marketing initiatives that include educational fairs, events, telemarketing, direct mail, print and digital advertising, social media, and community outreach.
  • Develop and execute market growth plan through University Partnership s and student associations; focusing on ways to engage senior student population to progress onto Hult Masters programs.
  • Collaborate across Hult central teams and functions to execute efficiently across channels.
  • Create strong community in the market via alumni, students connected to target audience, to build reputation, word of mouth and storytelling through previous student stories.
Data and Reporting
  • Track and report performance to the Regional Director and forecast team.
  • Manage the pipeline to provide action plans and priorities for the team while spotting areas of opportunities and risks for prioriti z ation and data-driven decisions.
  • Organi z e the team through performance and activity tracking tools.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of successful B2C/consultative selling experience.
  • 1+ years of previous leadership or manager experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • International experience (professional or personal) and passionate about working in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical ability and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven and has consistently been exceeding team and individual targets.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with “nothing is impossible” mindset.
  • Adaptable to dynamic work environment and shifting priorities.
  • Proven resiliency and determination in the midst of demanding targets and hyper-competitive external landscape

  • You enjoy travelling and visiting students, schools, and exhibitions.
  • University graduate, preferably with Business and/or Master’s degree.
