Chi cerchiamo Per la nostra sede di Brescia (Via Lamarmora) siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire come PROJECT MANAGER all’interno della struttura Integrazione e Miglioramento Business . Per quale società A2A Ambiente, società del Gruppo A2A che opera nell'ambito delle attività di recupero di materie ed energia attraverso la valorizzazione dei rifiuti negli impianti di termovalorizzazione e di trattamento, all’avanguardia nel settore dei servizi ambientali, con un’ampia dotazione di impianti tecnologicamente innovativi, tra cui due impianti di recupero della plastica in Piemonte e in Lombardia e tre impianti di cogenerazione ad alta efficienza a servizio delle reti urbane di teleriscaldamento di Bergamo, Brescia e Milano. Ti occuperai di Coordinare e monitorare progetti strategici di varia natura (sviluppo, innovazione, digital): coordinamento con i referenti interni delle Società e funzioni del Gruppo, al fine di massimizzare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e garantire un aggiornamento costante dell'andamento dei progetti; Coordinamento, sviluppo e supporto di progetti di miglioramento continuo (efficientamento, business process reengineering, lean, …); Redazione di Business plan per iniziative di efficientamento e valutazione investimenti, in coordinamento con le altre funzioni del Gruppo, dalla definizione degli input al calcolo dei KPI di redditività. Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo Laurea in Ingegneria o in materie economico-finanziarie; 2-3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo; Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel, Power BI considerato un plus); Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti di Project Management; Familiarità con i concetti di Lean, Kaizen ed attitudine al miglioramento continuo (Certificazione Lean Green Belt sarà considerata come un plus) Propensione all'analisi dei dati; Forte interesse per i temi relativi all'economia circolare, sistemi di produzione di energia, gestione integrata del ciclo dei rifiuti; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Soft Skills: spirito di iniziativa, capacità di relazione con interlocutori a tutti i livelli, buone doti comunicative, orientamento al risultato e al problem solving, flessibilità e autonomia, teamworking, capacità di analisi e di pianificazione/organizzazione del lavoro, proattività.
