Product Marketing Manager Neurovascular – Italy & Switzerland
Sector: Medical Devices / MedTech – Neurovascular
The Product Marketing Manager Neurovascular is responsible for leading local product marketing activities across Italy and Switzerland, with a primary focus on Northern Italy (Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Piedmont). Responsibilities include close collaboration with sales teams, physicians, and internal stakeholders, management of product lifecycle activities, coordination of congresses and medical education events, and regular field engagement to gather market insights and support commercial performance. This is a highly field-driven position requiring frequent travel and hands-on interaction with customers and internal teams.
Minimum 3 years of product marketing experience within the medical devices industry
Direct involvement in medical device product launches
Experience planning and executing medical events such as congresses, symposia, or medical education events
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel extensively (3–4 days per week) within the assigned territory
Eligibility to work and travel across Italy and Switzerland
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Experience working closely with commercial or sales teams
Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis
Ability to adapt marketing materials to local market requirements
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
Established Neurovascular customer or KOL network in Northern Italy
Prior experience in a highly field-based marketing role
