Overview In this role you will diagnose and fix technical issues on foundation equipment, collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver effective solutions. You will install and verify electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on machinery, and provide hands-on training to customers and service partners. Your work will drive product quality feedback and ensure high standards of service delivery across international assignments. This opportunity combines field service, technical mastery, and cross-functional collaboration within an international, growth-oriented environment.

Responsabilità
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Foundation Equipment
Troubleshoot hydraulic, hardware, software, and communication interface problems
Work with customers to understand problems and deliver effective solutions
Assemble, install, and wire electrical systems including electrical panels
Verify installations using testers and multimeters
Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components
Coordinate with Design Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Control to resolve issues and feed back for product improvements
Deliver product training to customers and service partners
Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately and promptly
Requisiti fondamentali
Technical Diploma (industrial, mechanical, electrical, or electronic)
Knowledge of mechanical/hydraulic and electrical/electrotechnical drawings
Knowledge of electrical equipment for wiring and precision tools
Knowledge of PLC programming systems
Knowledge of measurement instruments (testers, multimeters)
Knowledge of screw, bolt, thread, and hydraulic fitting specifications
Knowledge of measurement tools (tape measure, caliper)
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other departments
Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
Willingness to travel internationally for customer support
