A highly motivated and technically skilled Channel Sales Solutions Engineer located in the UK or Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal or Estonia, with a strong background in endpoint security to support our strategic channel partners. In this role, you will act as the technical liaison between our sales, product, and partner teams — driving pre-sales activities, enabling partners, and ensuring successful customer outcomes through the channel ecosystem.
What You Will Do Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with channel sales managers to support partner-led sales engagements, including discovery calls, solution design, demos, and technical validation.
Train and certify partners on our endpoint security solutions. Develop and deliver workshops, webinars, and custom enablement sessions.
Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Management: Lead or support PoCs and product evaluations. Guide partners and customers through testing, troubleshooting, and deployment best practices.
Channel Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to help shape future product development and improve partner tools and resources.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with partner technical teams, including MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, and distributors, to increase mindshare and sales readiness.
This position will require Travel to customer sites and events.
Fluent in German and English (if you are French speaking, that is a bonus)
5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management, preferably in the endpoint security or broader cybersecurity space.
2+ years supporting or working with channel partners (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Trellix, etc.).
Willingness to travel up to 30–50% (regional/national).
