As the Sr Director, European Business Unit Security, your role is to report into a VP of EU BU (EASS / ES / Mav / Datech). The Director Europe BU is ultimately responsible for the business development and successful execution of the aggregate multi‐year European Operations Plan for the specific focus area (Vendor, Customer, Portfolio), establishing and maintaining winning relationships with the vendor and key reseller customers and directing local country leads in the execution of their applicable strategy. What You'll Do: Developing and executing the AOP, value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans. Maintaining the main partnerships (Vendor and Customers) to enable the plan. Identifying, evaluating, and helping to close possible acquisitions to accelerate the plan. Ownership of the execution of European sub‐operations plan, achieving quarterly and annual business objectives. Engage with Country Management exec teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions. What We're Looking For: 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT sector, ideally within a Vendor, Distributor or Partner environment, with proven exposure to European markets. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Additional European languages are a plus. Bachelor's Degree in Economics or a related field required; Ability to communicate clearly and convey information effectively across different levels of management and in multicultural environments. Strong organizational and time‐management skills, with the ability to drive tasks to completion and meet deadlines. Proficiency in relevant computer systems and tools at an advanced level, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Upholds social, ethical, and organizational standards in all professional interactions.
