Apply today and help us build a more inclusive, sustainable future in the world of satellite technology The Broadband Operations Knowledge Specialist is responsible for driving process and data automation to improve operational efficiency, developing scripts and automated testing solutions, and supporting the monitoring of broadband services across LEO and GEO systems. The role manages and evolves technical documentation, integrates troubleshooting and escalation flows with ITSM and monitoring tools, and acts as a Level 3 reference for ISO-related documentation compliance. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM subjects, preferably related to Telecommunications, with 2-3 years of experience in technical writing or operations management Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform post-analysis and identify optimization opportunities. Good understanding of Incident, Event, Problem and Change Management processes, with a view on the ITIL practices Familiarity and experience with ITSM, business intelligence, cooperation/documentation tools, (e.g. Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Tableau, ServiceNow), and with standard business software (e.g. MS Office suite) Knowledge in automation of operational processes and end-to-end testing frameworks is an asset. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for data analysis and automation tasks. Basic knowledge of UNIX Systems is a plus Knowledge of satellite operations (LEO and GEO) and monitoring tools is highly desirable Excellent English and Italian languages written and oral skills. French is a plus
