Main Responsibilities: Acquire new clients interested in air, sea, and train shipping services; Manage the portfolio of acquired clients; Autonomously handle quotation and tariff negotiation processes; Manage and train junior resources within the sales team; Coordinate with operational departments for import-export activities. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in sales roles within freight forwarding companies; Team management skills; Deep knowledge of air, sea, and train transport; Excellent communication skills and a commercial attitude aimed at achieving monthly and annual targets; Fluent in English; Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. We offer a direct employment contract with compensation commensurate with experience.
