HR Planning and Systems Specialist – Special Papers

We're empowered to make that happen, taking responsibility, ownership and risks. The Impact You'll Have Support the preparation and maintenance of workforce plans, HC reports and cost projections.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and periodic HR reporting cycles with a strong focus on labor cost analysis.
Monitor and analyze monthly variances vs. Manage and analyze cost centers, ensuring correct allocation and reporting of HR-related costs.

Assist in monitoring key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, FTEs, labor costs) through dashboards to support decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data across reports and dashboards.
Act as a point of contact between HR, HR Business Partners, and Finance on planning and cost-related topics.
Support ad hoc analyses and presentations for senior HR leadership.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR planning processes and tools.
Support and optimize the use of HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday or similar).
Assist in user support, system testing, and minor system enhancements.
Contribute to HR systems upgrades, implementations or optimization projects.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and data reliability.
Support transformation or change initiatives impacting HR planning and systems.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables); Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of HR metrics and workforce planning concepts.
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or similar).
Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, HR, Engineering, or related fields.
1–5 years of experience in HR, controlling, planning, analytics, or systems roles.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
The selection process includes interviews with the Talent Acquisition team, the Compensation, Reward & HR Planning Manager and the HR Director (Fedrigoni Special Papers).
Verona (hybrid).
