Role Overview: The Global Product Manager plays a crucial role in managing and evolving Cavotec's Shore Power portfolio. This role ensures product success by: Leading product lifecycle management Understanding customer needs and market trends Driving product development and improvements Supporting sales and marketing teams in commercial activities Key Responsabilities: Product Management & Development Define and manage product roadmap , ensuring alignment with customer requirements. Prioritize and coordinate product development efforts with engineering teams . Monitor product performance metrics , including quality, profitability, and turnover. Develop business cases and sales collateral to support commercial activities. Sales & Business Enablement Train sales teams on product knowledge and applications. Requirements: MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). 3+ years in product management, product marketing, or business development . Fluent in English (Italian is a plus). Up to 30% travel , primarily within Europe , with potential global engagements. Please attach your updated CV in English to your application.
