Per una struttura 5 stelle situata nella splendida cornice della Costiera Amalfitana, stiamo cercando un Operation Manager altamente qualificato e motivato. Questa figura sarà responsabile della gestione operativa quotidiana delle attività funzionali dell’hotel.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Coordinare e supervisionare tutte le attività operative dei reparti Front Office, Housekeeping e Food & Beverage.
  • Supportare i manager di reparto (HOD) nella gestione e nella programmazione operativa quotidiana, assicurando un servizio di eccellenza per gli ospiti.
  • Assicurare il corretto flusso comunicativo tra i reparti, mantenendo un controllo costante sul floor per garantire la qualità operativa.
  • Essere un punto di riferimento per il personale e gli ospiti, intervenendo direttamente per risolvere eventuali problematiche e migliorare l’esperienza di soggiorno.
  • Garantire una gestione efficiente delle risorse umane, supportando i manager dei vari reparti nella gestione del personale e nella pianificazione delle attività operative.
  • Assistere nella gestione e monitoraggio delle performance dei reparti, in linea con gli standard della struttura.
  • Partecipare attivamente a riunioni e report operativi, fornendo feedback e soluzioni per migliorare i processi.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza consolidata in strutture di lusso, preferibilmente con almeno 5 anni di esperienza in posizioni operative simili.
  • Conoscenza perfetta della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato); la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus.
  • Figura 100% operativa, dinamica e presente sul floor; non un ruolo da ufficio.
  • Ottime capacità di gestione del tempo, problem solving e leadership, con un approccio pratico e orientato ai dettagli.
  • Capacità di interfacciarsi con i manager di reparto e di collaborare con tutte le figure operative della struttura.
  • Ottime doti relazionali, con un forte orientamento al cliente e alla qualità del servizio.
