Global Operations has 3 strategic priorities: Reposition AXA Partners as the Preferred Business Partner Boost AXA Partners to become an Agile Global Organization Mature AXA Partners as a Safe, Secure and Resilient company "Becoming a tech-led company" is one of the 8 strategic enablers and Information and Technology will play a continuously increasing role to help AXA Partners achieve its transformation. In this context, we are looking for a Local IT Manager, in charge of Italy, who will enable the transformation of AXA Partners business model by co-creating, sponsoring and driving the main projects, deploying them across Italy in time, budget, quality and scope. Vostro Profilo Accountable for IT Italy endtoend performance In charge of 1 department Accountable for a €3.4M BAU budget (without rebilling) + €500K €700K local IT Projects budget Accountable of IT Strategy & IT Transformation Member of AXA Partners Italy Executive Committee 1. Declination and implementation of AXA Partners Strategy in his/her country Ensure that AXA Partners' strategic objectives are translated into tactical business plans across his/her country, and that impacts are maximized on the technology front Lead and drive IT transformation in his/her country (Move to the Cloud, Application Landscape simplification, Agility, Motor Global Assets and Travel Global assets roll out, etc): Respecting IT Guilds Standards & best practices (governance & performance, architecture, project management, etc) Relying on regional shared capabilities (program and project managers, innovation flying squad) Leveraging centrally defined IT TOM to improve quality, efficiency, time to market and alignment to business, owning IT outsourcing partner relationship Provide technological transformation levers with special focus on GWP growth, cost efficiencies, CoR reduction and increased Customer NPS Liaise with central architecture team to design integrations between central architecture and local capabilities (respecting the Group Architecture & Security Policies) Supervise architecture implementation within AXA Partners' roadmap for his/her country 2. Coordination, steering and communication Steer and coordinate his/her country area: activities, resources, quality of service costs, delay to achieve the assigned goals Ensure a proper definition of SLAs for his /her country and manage the implementation and the followup Manage & monitor the country IT budget Communicate to country main stakeholders (within AXA Partners ecosystem) Lead AXA Partners IT governance local meetings, be part of Transfo initiatives SteerCos 3. BAU tasks supervision: operations, solutions and 1 st line security Be accountable for operating and delivering IT services, constantly striving for greater efficiency Supervise IT local operations teams Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the country to ensure optimal performance, local area connectivity and remote access Keep both onpremises and cloud solutions fully secured with a solid programme aligned with security standard Liaise with Regional teams to ensure workplace and enduser services QoS standard Influence Group / Central Solutions Teams when they have an impact on local solutions / activities In charge of Security 1st line, and of delivering Security Quartile ONE 4. Local teams management Ensure the development if his/her team Assure capacity planning to secure delivery maintaining balanced workload (positive eNPS) Focus on team performance, attracting and developing employees as well as fostering a new culture of collaboration across the country Focus on TOM including efficiencies opportunities, roles repurposing and careers development 5.
